How We Collect Personal Information

We generally collect personal information directly from you — through our Website enquiry and consultation booking forms, over the phone, by email, or during in-person or video consultations. We may also collect information from third parties with your consent or as authorised by law, such as your employer, an education provider, a skills assessing authority, or a previous migration agent.

In the course of providing our Services, we may disclose your personal information (including sensitive information) to:

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We only disclose the minimum information reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.

Overseas Disclosure

Some third parties involved in your application (such as overseas skills assessing bodies, educational institutions, or your prospective employer) may be located outside Australia. Where your personal information is disclosed overseas as a necessary part of your visa or education pathway, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles, to the extent practicable. Where we use offshore cloud-based service providers (e.g. for hosting or software tools), those providers may store or process data outside Australia.

Data Security & Retention

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information we hold from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure, including secure file storage, restricted staff access, and password-protected systems. We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, to meet our legal and professional obligations (including record-keeping obligations under the Migration Agents Code of Conduct), or as otherwise required by law. When no longer required, information is securely destroyed or de-identified.

To make a request, please contact us using the details in Section 11. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and may need to verify your identity before providing access. In some circumstances permitted by law, we may need to refuse a request for access or correction, and we will explain our reasons if this occurs.
